Technology

GameBuds are generated dynamically as they are minted. All illustrations are produced via HTML, CSS, and minimal JS to select the initial attributes. A 36x36 grid is rendered using CSS grid and individual "pixels" are manually addressed by ID and colored using CSS variables.

Interactivity

Each GameBud will be unique to you and will look the same every time you return to view it. Once loaded, you can explore alternate personalities by clicking the controls built into your GameBud.

Controls

• UP: Light mode
• DOWN: Dark mode
• LEFT/RIGHT: Cycle colors
• BUTTON 1: Cycle mouths
• BUTTON 2: Cycle eyes
• POWER SWITCH: Be sure to turn it off when you're done to save AAs.
